Hi Everyone,

I was wondering has anyone else had problems with this retailer when it comes to getting a refund for online orders ?. I recently placed an order and returned the items but they have given me refund for some of the items only. I contacted Customer service they stated that as some items go to different warehouse it will take time and have to wait 28 days before calling them back and giving them the reference number for the proof of return. I have never had this issue their customer service is atrocious via telephone and email. The strange thing is that on their website it says "Refunds are processed within 10 days of posting your return". Obviously they got my return so I do not understand why they are not refunding the total amount.
