Advice on win

Hi guys

Sorry it’s my first post, so please bare with me. I just need some advice on a win I have had. I won a prize with heart radio, I was called on Christmas Eve to say I had won a prize, but I haven’t received anything yet. Is that normal or should I have got something by now?

Most prizes are delivered within 28 days, so you should wait a little while longer.
I don't think you will have any problems receiving your prize from such a big company.
If you have not received anything by the end of January, maybe send them a nice email reminding them

Thank you so much. I only started entering competitions in December, so I’m not sure how it works it you win. Will do that.

which includes this on prize delivery

normally within 30 days

.

But if the company state say 10 days then do not wait 30 before checking with them in case, for instance, they need to make a claim against a courier for non-delivery etc.
