GDPR SAR or CCA Request?

Hi, new here, I've been reading various forums and opinions are split... can I get some advice on what's best to do?
I've buried my head in the sand for a year or so and have £33k of debt showing on my credit file, most are with collection companies and I'm not sure about the origin of all the accounts. Cabot is showing for 4 different debts but no indication what each is for.
Pretty much all my letters have gone in the bin and I was in a state of denial because I stopped working and had to care for my disabled child, which spiralled into serious money problems.
I've vowed to tackle this head on this year, but I'm not sure if I should send the companies on my credit file a CCA request or a GDPR SAR request, can anyone point me in the right direction please?
I have also got two CCJ's by default at my old address which I didn't know about, but I'm not sure if it's worth applying to set aside because I'm going to still need to pay the amount once they reissue the claim to my new address.

Hi,
Set aside applications cost £255 per judgement, and it would be a waste of time and money in your case, as to be successful, you need a defence with a reasonable chance of success.
You don’t deny the debt is yours, so let that dog lie if I were you.
You don’t need to send a SAR, send CCA requests instead, inability to respond with the correct paperwork renders the account unenforceable.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
