Coffee Machine Cleaning Help Please

I’ve had a bean to cup for years and regularly run a descaling program and at the same time give the inside of the machine (where the grounds end up etc) a good clean too.
The drip tray, holder and the water container can all be done in the dishwasher and they come out lovely. My problem is the inside of the machine where the grounds drop and sometimes spill into other areas. It’s an absolute nightmare. I use a brush to scrub it, but honestly, I could do it forever, think it’s clean, wipe again and it’s still absolutely filthy with coffee remnants.
Normally I’d spray the innards with a non toxic cleaner, use the brush and then wipe, but it still never seems to end up actually clean. I even do it regularly in between descaling cycles.
Is there anything anyone can think of that I could spray on to the coffee that would actually clean it away from whatever it’s stuck on?
Thanks in advance!
