Coal Pension debits from my account

I have noticed small amounts being debited from my account ( 5 since April 2019 )

02/01/2020 DEB xxx xxx COAL PENSION CD 2.00
17/12/2019 DEB xxx xxx COAL PENSION CD 4.00
23/08/2019 DEB xxx xxx COAL PENSION CD 6.00
23/07/2019 DEB xxx xxx COAL PENSION CD 3.50
09/04/2019 DEB xxx xxx COAL PENSION CD 1.00

Small irregular amounts but I don't recognise these payments at all - doe anybody know who collects money using 'Coal Pension' reference?
I've googled but come up with nothing

Have you asked your bank? They will tell you immediately.

If this has been going on for nine months, might be time to ask your bank for more information if you can't recognise the amounts.
