Sorry to hear that JanneB - looks like somehow your cookie did not track properly on the transaction? I have not yet had any bad experiences with TopCashback - can anyone else comment?

The companies themselves will never help as they are not involved with the cookies tracking or the efficiency of tracking. Plus it's usually their Marketing department that sets the cashback rates. And the cashback sites will only help if they can see the transaction went through ok with the cookie showing.

Lordy Lordy, if it crashed and asked you to try again, I would clear cookies and go again via the cashback site as normal, start the application again. If it claims you are already registered, it *should* have logged your cookie the last time. Then you would only have to log in, or continue finishing the registration.

mandy.h - I think it should be fine but each site has their own T&C's - anyone else managed to do this without problems? I know on PB both myself and my husband are registered.

I get that occassionally when using Firefox on some sites, I just switch to IE & it seems to be OK. Just make sure you go through the cashback site again though as IE stores it's cookies separately to Firefox.
Must admit though it did work ok for me in Firefox
    What version are you running?

Woo hoo, its been a week since I signed up to everything, and I have been doing the daily clicks most days and I have a grand total of £29.44. Of course £16 comes from joining bonuses, and £7.67 from mysearchfunds, but still I've got £5.77 just from clicking, woohoo

Just goes to show that once you read up and have a go, you can get a really good start towards your goal and you will increase your totals loads if you keep going at this rate!

    EL,
I haven't been keeping an eye on things sytematically, but some of the sites eem to be paying out alot more than the others, so I just wanted check a couple of things with you.

When a cashback site says that a daily click site, say Kelkoo is limited to one search per day, is that one search through that site, or one search from any site?

    thanks
