    can anyone help with this?

I'm not so sure what you mean but ill try and answer what I think you mean.

Cookies are used as a way of storing information when you do something on the net. So when you visit a site a cookie will show that you have visited that site. Most daily click sites use cookies to see who has gone to their partners site and when a cookie tracks they will then acknowledge (and in the long term pay you :D) for the click. Now when you first go to do the first site on your clicking routine make sure you clear cookies. This will mean that only the one site, for example getpoundsback, will register that you have visited their partner and so theres only one cookie there. The same then applies to other sites and so thats why its important that you clear cookies in between each site.

What I do - first clear cookies to get rid of any sites ive visited. Then login to getpoundsback. On that login a cookie will track to say you have been to GBP. Then, as you click to a partner site a cookie tracks. I never clear cookies in between each of the clicks on one particular site. There's just no need and its a waste of time. Once I've completed both pages of the GBP daily clicks this is when i clear my cookies so that when i move onto the next site they are the only ones who will see the cookies tracking.

Im not sure if this is what you were meaning and sorry if you already knew what cookies were.

Oh, and to clear cookies (I use firefox) go to tools - options - privacy - show cookies then click remove all cookies. The list of cookies (i.e. sites that you visited) is now cleared ready for you to go to the next site.

Hi all, I've just started to look at the daily clicks and can see that this is a great way to earn a bit of extra cash.
A few questions though if that's ok.....can I click onto the same site through different cashback sites and still get paid. For example can I click to kellkoo on topcashback, and then quidco, and then cashinco and get paid on all, or do they somehow know and only pay to one cashback site per day?
Also with the insurance clicks such as to compare the market, do you actually have to complete a quote? Or if you just bring up the 1st quote page, and then close it down will you still get paid?
    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes you can clicko on the same site on loads of different cashback sites, just remember to clear your cookies just incase, inbetween sites.

I don't do the insurance quotes much, but you would have to do a full quote i would imagine.

  • Me again - I'm finding tracking to be rather inconsistent - it'll go days before a site registers a click, and then they'll do two days at once (fatcheese), while on one it doesn't track some sites on some days and doesn't track others on different days.

    is this normal?

Also i'm doing one click for each site, then returning to do the second set of clicks, then third etc. is this really necessary; it increases the time quite a lot?

You have to enter all your details, get to the list of results and then click through to at least one of the companies (Admiral/Budget/Chruchill/whoever...)

It is quite normal, different sites update at different dates, it does get annoying. but you get used to it ;)

Also i read somewhere about someone saying how they open up all there clciks and then delete cookies after to save time. can anyone explain wat this means?

    Thankyou in advance

Hi roxy, I think you may be mixing up two different things there.
Nothing to do with cookies - when you click through to a site it opens up a new window, and it feels natural to do your clicks, then close the window to get back to the original window with the list of clicks. However, you don't NEED to do this - once you have clicked the 'buy' button just leave the window open and move on. When you have done all your clicks for the site, you may have 40 or 50 windows open which you can then close altogether as a group. It's just a way of saving time.

Doh, I hope that's what you meant, otherwise I've just wasted some time! :rotfl:

Booooo the amount of clicks seem to have really gone down lately, hope some good new ones come up soon (and that offerad pays :) )

It just means you can do your clix quicker linz.
I only started seriously clicking in August, so I'm hoping they ALL pay.
Starting to wonder though, are we working for less than minimum wage?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

can anyone help me with this? Today i have started doing as blahblahdoh said and keeping links open and then cancelling them at the end. I can see this saves tons of time but i wanted to know does everything still track ok.

For example the 0fferad site. I have been doing each search then waiting for it to follow through and then clicking arounf on whichever site i get too just to make sure they know i am there.

But by doing it the way that blahblahdoh describes i can click offerad click the get cashback button then leave that to load while i am doing another daily click. Is that right?

Also i wanted to know when it says do a search do you have to actually type in a word or if they have catagories own the side like appliances, baby etc does it still work by clicking one of them and then clicking buy etc?

Another question is with things like urban stone mobiles, urban stone computers, does that mean you have to actually search one of those items to get the cashback?

Thanks for any help in advance.
