    Has anyone had their loyalty shopper account balance updated recently? Ive only been with them for two weeks, and as I understand they update your balance details every wed? Two weds have passed for me now and my account is still showing as empty even though I have been doing my daily clicks most days?

    first_faith uk - LS tend to update around Wednesday but not always the case sadly... plus Christmas etc they are prob catching up now... mine was updated yesterday I think - check yours today?

    I have the same problem with Loyalty Shopper unfortunately and I've been with them a couple of weeks too!!

    ^^Try actually clicking to see your statement, don't just look at the balance when you log in as sometimes it isn't updated.

    Good to know that its not just me! I've tried looking at my statement to and that show as nothing with no transations pending or anything

    Hey, I've just clicked on my statement again and its now all there! Including £10 for a click compare thing I done last week (I never went through with it so didn't thinl I'd get the points?!)
