Help needed!

Hi all,

So here's the predicament:

Someone I know needs a loan for £7k, however they haven't got a job.

The person is in the process of selling their house and the loan would be able to be paid in full once the house has been sold (hopefully within 5/6 months time, depending on how quickly the house sells).

Does any body know of any companies who would do this?? Everywhere I have looked requires monthly repayments, however, obviously this isn't possible as the person is currently unemployed.

No income = no credit.

If they need £7000 now I would suggest selling stuff, car, phone, furniture etc and they can buy the stuff again once their house sells.

No job = no income = no loan. (Unless, of course you borrow from the sort of people that you really don't want to owe money to)
