Stubborn Nationwide

Options
Soooooo......

I have eight debts. 7 have been defaulted which long term is a good thing.

However, until today i had not heard from the 8th - nationwide.

They have sent a lovely letter 'agreeing; to my (three month old) DMP and will review it 9 months time!

No, Trevor, i'd like you to default me please!

Should I ask Step Change to withhold 'their share' of my DMP in the hope they default me?

If it were me, I would write back to Nationwide. I'd request that they follow ICO guidance and default the account once it is 3-6 months in arrears.

Yeah. I'd definitely consider asking StepChange to entirely remove Nationwide from your DMP
