1)The prize comprises a two (2) night stay at De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel being offered for two (2) people commencing 18th July 2020 including;

UK travel allowance or standard class rail up to the value of £200
two (2) nights’ accommodation at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel sharing a deluxe lake view room
Daily breakfast
Spa passes for the duration of the winners stay
One (1) x spa treatment per person up to the duration of one hour
An allowance of £100 (total) towards dinner on one evening in the Boathouse Restaurant at the hotel
Return transport from The De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel to RIAT
2)VIP Lightening Pavilion hospitality admission at the Royal International Tattoo on Sunday 19th July 2020 including the following; Air Tattoo admission, crowd line location, private table, lounge area with seated bar, outside viewing terrace / garden, Barista coffee, 4 course lunch, fully inclusive bar, afternoon tea, souvenir programme and full access to the showground.

3)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

4)The prize is valid for 2 nights commencing Saturday 18th July 2020. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

5)Booking is subject to availability.

6)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7) RAF Red Arrows participation subject to confirmation.

8)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

12)Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to The De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel.
