SOA Help Needed

Options
I am about to file and need any support possible with my SOA which I have partly completed below so far. Background is that myself and husband have separated but he is still living with me and our children as we can't afford to live separately at the moment and also wants to be close to children for the short term. We pay 50 50 of all household and child related bills but pay our own debts hence me having to file now.

So on my SOA do I show just my income debts, 1 adult 2 kids and figures showing half of bills? Or do I show 2 adults 2 kids all household bills but the problem is I do not know my husband's income and debt details and do not really want to ask as things are difficult enough.

Can anybody with experience of this help me with the above questions and have a look at my SOA figures to see if there is anything that will be questioned such as shopping, emergency funds etc.

Just to let you know that my petrol is high as I work 20 miles from home x 5 days a week and have to pay a total of 70 a month to park as I work in city centre so have no choice after dropping kids off and then traveling due to start times.

As you are separated I wouldn't include him in your calculations, that is provided you are living separate lives, not cooking for one another etc.

As you say your (ex) husband is paying 50% of bills, then you need to account for that eg only 50% of the gas, electric, council tax, rent etc.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

If your ex is still in the household then including him is realistic. However, you do not need to include his income - only your own. The OR can not insist you provide his details. The OR will assume a 50/50 split. This means your SoA should show your income only and your share of the domestic expenditure.
In terms of what your SoA look like, it looks ok to me in term sof what you have put as the total costs. You need to aim for a zero balance + or - between income and expenditure.

So do you think the figures I have put down would be accepted? Obvs the household bills and shopping are actual but things like medical, entertainment etc are hard to guess what i actually spend but need them to be accepted to avoid a IPA

For medical I usually suggest 2 x dental checkups + 1 filling + 1 x scale & polish +1 x flu jab + 2 pescriptons per year per adult as an average so thats around £160 a year each - if you also have any health conditions or higher dental needs (dentures etc) or optician costs that needs adding too.
