  • Hi, I’ve been contacted by Quanta Law who tell us we have a claim from a miss sold interest only mortgage with Northern Rock(Nram). We took it the mortgage c2007 but we are now on a repayment for a similar amount. During the time ion interest only we struggled, missed a couple of payments, incurred some debt and do not recall being told how to repay at the end of the mortgage which we had for 10 years. QL believe we have a claim but require us to take out a not win no fee loan as they believe we have a claim for over 10k given the length of the mortgage and difficulties paying. My questions is does anyone know this company and are we able to claim?

Does it sound too good to be true? want you to take out a loan and promises to pay you a hefty sum.....

I would also consider looking at why you are thinking this is genuine? Are you debt loaded?

Why do you think you were mis sold?? As above, plenty of threads about these, not one has claimed successfully

  • As has been said above. For Quanta Law, also see Mortgage.Claims and ME FInancial. One of the directors has just put another of his companies into voluntary liquidation. The assets listed were a Range Rover and a McLaren. I have never seen anything approaching a successful claim from this lot, but the assets show where your loan payments would go!
