Best Places to sell home items

New here I am wanting to declutter my home and make some extra money.

I've been through my home and I have books, CDs, DVDs, Video games, Jewellery, Lego and clothes to sell.

I'm on my own, work full time and have children so I don't want to waste too much time selling them privately. I'm just wondering if people can make recommendations on the best places to sell these? If there are any? Where will I get the most for them?

Books CDs and dVds are unlikely to be worth selling, do a quick check on eBay sold listings and that doesn't look good just donate them. check video games as well as some are worth selling and some not, any good ones can be traded in at CEX or similar places.

Lego goes very well on Facebook marketplace , describe it well and you should get a fair price for it.

Jewellery depends on what it is, costume stuff can be sold in larger lots on eBay. Better jewellery , gold or silver etc try local jewellers or even those gold for cash places. Alternatively if you have a lot try a local auction house, but check their fees and policies before going ahead.

Clothes , again this depends on what you have. Higher end clothes do well on eBay or on Facebook, normal high street stuff probably only sells in batches.
