Over the past year or two you now access this using your 12 digit Gov Gateway ID and not the previous 12 character ID through the Inland Revenue website.
Last year I was still able to access the old Inland Revenue website and use my previous ID but can't find any links. Can anyone help?
The reason I ask is because if I access it the new way certain info is missing/incorrect (and yes I've so far spent two years try to resolve it and HMRC tell me it's resolved but it isn't)
