Simply Adverse fees

  • Depends on what you agree. I take most of mine on application but sometimes on offer. Have even taken a few on completion if remortgaging due to rough finances.
    Just have a chat with the broker and agree what's best

    With an adverse case though I wouldn't want to pay before offer personally
