Any one suffer from elbow pain?

Options
For 3 months now its been getting worse, knawing pain which seems to be the bones in the elbow outside and inside elbow, it then can go down the arm later. It comes and goes at any time through the day. Ibuprofen hardly makes a difference, also fingers on both hands have started to lock when gripping things, opening tins.
I have booked to see the doctor but its a 12 day wait. Any one have symptoms like that, and seen a doctor for diagnosis?

Have a Google for ulnar nerve damage.

I'm sure others will suggest something else.

Ibuprofen doesn't touch my pain, I've a combination of meds for various nerve damage related issues.
