Change in benefits and existing IPA

I went bankrupt around 18 months ago
Currently pay £70 pm IPA
Previous income
Wages £530 4 weekly
Working tax credits £95 PW
DLA £330 4 weekly (high mobility, low care)
I've just been moved onto pip and been awarded enhanced daily living and standard mobility which has increased my PIP benefits by around £110 every 4 weeks
Also just got a revised benefit letter and I'm getting more help with my rent (severe disabilitiy premium) £65 PW which I never knew about
How will this effect my ipa as its benefits, but still Income?
Not sure if I'll have any increased costs due to going from high to standard in mobility yet, apart from car tax as that is currently free and won't be under standard mobility.
I was struggling with money a few months ago and have been late a few times with my ipa, I did try contact them (Clarke willmott) and they asked for a soa/bank statements but with my disability my expenses vary, don't have anything to prove what gets spend on what other than normal household direct debits
Amy suggestions?
Thanks

AFAIK benefits income can't be claimed by OR in an IPA, so if your wages and expenses are unchanged the IPA should remain the same. I would inform Clark Wilmott of the changes , if they want to raise the IPA it'd be worth sharing SOA here or getting advice elsewhere
This may be of interest https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/technicalmanual/Ch25-36/Chapter31/part7/part3/part_3.htm#31.7.400 -
Just thought they would claim it anyway as benefits aren't my sole income, say I have less rent to pay, which would have been paid for with some wages etc, because of the severe disability premium/less rent to pay they could say I have extra wages spare.
Dont know how I can break down what gets paid with what, what comes out of benefits or wages etc
Might have to re do my soa, been paying my ipa since Jan 2018, so have one year left!0 -
My tax credits have just gone up too, but housing benefit gone down a bit now to counter the increase in tax credits so all still changing
Due my first pip in a few weeks
Still unsure if they will take more from my ipa
As I haven't had extra pip/less rent to pay before surely they would say it's all excess money now?0
