Competition opened at 12.00 on 03.01.2020

Competition closes at midday on 24.02.2020 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1)The prize comprises:

Travel allowance of £300;
Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two at The Headland Hotel in Newquay, Cornwall, based on sharing an Ocean View Room on a bed and breakfast board basis (subject to availability); and
£200 hotel credit to spend at any of the hotel restaurants or the spa.
2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)The prize must be taken and completed within 12 months of the congratulations email from Element being sent. The trip cannot be taken during any UK school holidays (19 December 2019 to 5 January 2020; 15 February 2020 to 23 February 2020; 4 April 2020 to 19 April 2020; 23 May 2020 to 31 May 2020; 22 July 2020 to 2 September 2020; 24 October 2020 to 1 November 2020). The prize and its components are subject to availability.

4)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the hotel for security deposit purposes.

5)It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines

6)The prize excludes travel, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

7)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

9)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10)A cheque for the travel allowance included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
