The Prize Draw is open to any individual over the age of eighteen (18)
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be Monday 2nd March 2020. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is as follows: One (1) Kindle.
To the extent permitted by law, Cambridge accepts no liability in respect of the prizes. They are supplied “as is” with no express guarantee or warranty as to their suitability or quality. Cambridge reserves the right to cancel prize draws at any time.
Winners will be chosen at random by Friday 6th March 2020. Only the winner will be contacted
Winners will be emailed by Friday 13th March. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.
If local delivery of any prize is unavailable or not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the entry and redraw a replacement winning entry. Please allow at least ninety (90) days for delivery of the prizes, unless otherwise stated.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cambridge accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
Cambridge reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Cambridge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
