Review 2019 and see where the money went
Total the income and the change in debt and start allocating to the SOA based on the full year.
That should get you closer to finding the missing spends.
Also start a 2020 spending diary to see where it is going.
Business costs should be in the business accounts not the personal ones.

What are the fees for the ODs ,they are not on the SOA.
I suspect there are some entertainment costs with 2 adults and 4 kids.
Also are you really only spending £320pm on the groceries/household,
any top up shops, take outs, eat outs...
Mobile phones, loads of options at <£10pm pp and even less if you go PAYG and limit use to essentials.0
