  • Hi 51k is going in
If i left the nursey fees as they are
Would the or say i can claim money towards this.
I really don't want a ipa and be tied down because potentially i can further my career and apply for better job tbh.
Alot of my debt is through my ex partner who i got loans for , being a guarantor for him.

I've never known the OR to do a benefit check. There are quite a lot of hoops to jump through to get childcare support on benefits anyway.

51k is a sensible amount for bankruptcy - I just wanted to check you weren't using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
  • Thank you
I did think it throughly before i applied
    Binged this forum etc.
I just thought going through the soa that it was certain i would have a ipa in place without the nursury fees, which wont encourage me to look for better job and overtime etc
Sorry just on edge a little, anxious !!
