I like the tinned refried beans, spread on a wrap, add chopped peppers, spring onions, spinach, chopped tomatoes a handful of grated cheese, roll and bake or microwave to melt the cheese. Eat hot or cold in pieces or not.
Another way is to heat a tortilla, turn it over, add mashed beans, cheese, spring onions, add another tortilla. Let the cheese melt and seal, gently turn it over to cook the bottom.
