Promotion Period: The promotion will begin at 00:01 on 1 January 2020 (“Opening Date”) and close on at 23:59 on 12 April 2020 (“Closing Date”).
Maximum one entry per person per calendar day.
Internet access, personal e-mail address and the ability to take and upload a photograph are required.

Visit CremeEggEatertainment.com, enter your details (full name and address) and take and upload a photo of your Cadbury Creme Egg for a chance to win.
Prizes:
Prizes available to be won via pre-determined winning moments during the Promotion Period are:
1x £10,000 paid by BACS transfer into the winner’s bank account, or
1 of 1,000 x £5 Amazon vouchers.

There is maximum of 1 prize available to be won per household throughout the promotion. Each photo may only be used once to enter, each new entry must be accompanied by a new photo being uploaded to the entry page.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by winning moments (date, hours, minutes, seconds) which have been randomly and securely selected by an independent adjudicator within the Promotion Period. All entrants will have an equal chance of winning across the prize pool. Participants who take and upload a picture of their Creme Egg on or first after one of these winning moments will win a prize. If no one uploads within a winning moment timeframe, the available prize will roll into the next moment or next day of the promotion so that the prize may still be won i.e. if a winning moment is selected at 23:59 on one day, a Creme Egg picture uploaded at 00.01 the next day will capture that winning moment. In the event that there are no entries received within a given period between two or more winning moments, the prizes will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant(s). Once an entrant has submitted an entry, a window will instantly pop-out informing them whether they are a winner or not.
Prize redemption and delivery
Winners of the £5 Amazon vouchers will be asked to confirm their e-mail address on the website and will then receive an e-mail within 5 working days containing a voucher which they can redeem on Amazon.co.uk (details of which will be found on the voucher). The Amazon voucher is subject to Amazon T&Cs which can be found on https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200272910.
The £10,000 prize winner will be directed to a web page to confirm their email address and telephone number and will then be notified within 5 working days of the winner notification to complete winner identity checks, confirm eligibility and provide bank account details within 14 days of winner notification. If the winner does not confirm their details within 14 days, the Promoter may cancel the Prize or redistribute the prize into the remainder of the promotion. Once the winner has passed the eligibility checks and confirmed acceptance of the prize, the £10,000 will be paid by BACS transfer within 28 days.
If a winner fails to confirm their details within the above timeframes they will have forfeited the Prize and the Prize will be deemed unclaimed. Any unclaimed prizes may be redistributed into the remainder of the Promotion Period. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of prize acceptance, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing cadburyeatertainment@promowinners.com. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
It is the winners’ responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct contact and payment details. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong or incomplete information, technical failures or other causes beyond its control.

Holiday prize additional details:
The Prize must be booked and taken by 31st December 2020 (subject to availability) but excludes the following periods: Christmas (20th – 31st December 2020), Valentine’s Day, Easter (Friday 10th – Sunday 12th April), School Holidays and Bank Holiday periods in the United Kingdom.
Either the winner or one of their guests must be aged 21 or over to check into the hotel in upon arrival to the holiday destination.
Accommodation will be in a minimum 4* hotel based on shared occupancy in two twin / double rooms.
Holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The holiday prize is subject to the booking conditions of the hotel which will be provided to the winner at the time of booking.
