    its a work based pension scheme not a salary sacrifice, now i just need to find out about the fees

    How secure is your employment? Not having a mortgage to pay takes away one of life's major worries. Splitting the money between mortgage overpayments and increased pension contributions may be a better option.

    Ermm, quite secure, I’m working for a successful company and I enjoy it, I don’t intend on leaving,

    Ps: I looked on the website and it says it has an annual investment charge of 0.3% with a monthly administration charge of £1.50 per month
