Mortgages for LTD companies?

Can anyone recommend any banks/lenders that provide mortgages for properties held in a LTD? Need the lenders to lend over £1,000,000 and at competitive interest rates, the company and the properties currently have no charges on them. I'm asking for a family member and am interested in this particularly.

I assume the Ltd Company is an SPV rather than a trading business that also owns properties? Are the properties commercial or residential?
This is something where you really need a Mortgage broker really or a commercial mortgage broker if they are commercial properties. Doing this direct will give you probably less than a handful of lenders as most of these lenders work through intermediaries.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I second what ACG has said, there's no logical reason to DIY this and it's unlikely to result in an optimum outcome.
If it's a residential property, at that loan size you will have no shortage of enthusiastic brokers happy to provide you top service.0 -
I would check the OP's posting history before spending too much effort on this.0
