CCJ amount increases

Hi all,
I’m looking from some advice. I have a CCJ from 2016 that I stupidly never contacted arrow global about. I am ready to pay the balance in full now so have called them. The CCJ was for £375.
They have told me the balance is now £480. I contacted the county court who confirmed it was £375 and sent them a copy of my credit file which shows £375.
They have told me they applied for an attachment of earnings order to the court in 2017 so added the court fees to that. I’m unsure if they sent any letters as it’s to my old address.
I have asked to pay the original £375 as this is the full balance everywhere else is telling me. They are adamant they will not accept 375 even as a partial settlement and it has to be the 480. If I pay 375 the CCJ will still be active and not marked satisfied.
My question is; is this legal? If the 480 is the amount that I have to pay then I will do so; it is my debt after all. However, it seems strange that the CCJ is marked as 375 and hasn’t been altered? Maybe I’m wrong. I’m just after clarification
Thank you in advance

If an attachment had been applied for, they cant charge you if never went through. tell them the amount or jog onDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
