Hi,
Me and my boyfriend have the above type of mortgage, he is on the deeds and supplied the 50k deposit and since taking out the mortgage I have overpaid by 10k.
We split the bills 50/50 inc the mortgage, but what happens if we split?
The house has increased in value since we purchased 3 years ago, I am worried I will walk away with nothing!
Please advise

Earlier this year, only you were on the deeds. What has happened since then?Star_Gazer wrote: »Hi,
