can anyone shed any light on how companies set up only two years ago can have millions to buy up land and directors who are only 24?

is there Financial firms with that much risk appetite?

    Loving your posts wiseun......some companies don't ever spend real cash buying land, most developers buy options and when they do buy the land they sell it on the same day or start developing with a good strategy to finance, build and sell the properties.

    It could have been set up with that amount of capital from the start or have taken on working capital loans.
