Bed expert please Which bed topper

and tried this bed which was comfortable but is slightly too hard.

Is it worth the extra money for latex instead of memory foam?

I bought an own brand mattress topper from Dunelm Mill many years ago and it is brilliant. They don’t do the exact same one any more but this one is similar and it’s £35 for a king size. It gets the same great reviews that mine got. It’s extended the life of my mattress by years.
