A couple of posters on this thread appear to be using it...

The offer seems to be a way of ZIPZERO harvesting the data of your spending habits...no such thing as a free lunch.
Any data we collect on your purchasing habits is only used to tailor your shopping experience and present you with personalised offers that let you earn even more cash towards your bills.

I gave it a go, but its not looking very good.  Tried paying somthing towards my first bill with it after using the app for a month, and after 2 weeks they still havent transfered the money. I just get emails saying their bank wants to charge them to transfer the money and now theyre opening a new business account to fix the problems. It just sounds suspicious now.

I signed up eariler this year and have been using it but I haven't earned enough (£50 I think) to pay a bill yet. We'll see how true it is when the time comes but I do think it's too good to be true.

You can pay as little as £1 towards your bill. My first transfer was £2.60 towards my phone bill, second one is pending but I was promised £1 for inconvenience will be added to the account tomorrow. I started to use Zipzero in mid-January.

I have been using it for just over a month and every time I get a £1 I transfer it to my phone bill.  It has worked so far and money has come off my bill

To be honest this ZipZero App is a load of !!!!!!. Doesn't accept high value receipts so as soon as I get to £5 I'm withdrawing it and deleting the App.

Can I ask what you mean by high value. What sort of amount are you talking about.
    Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77
    Current Total = £25534.10

It was a receipt for over £200 (Specsavers Opticians). It just kept failing and getting rejected when I uploaded it.

I've withdrawn twice now (they have upped the withdrawal amount to £5 as of this week) and it has gone onto my gas bill just fine the first withdrawal was made as they had bank problems so took a bit longer but the second one took no time at all

Is it a full receipt or just a card receipt as it states in the T&C that they wont accept just the card one
