Apple 0% interest / upgrade program
Hi All,
would appreciate some advice. My daughter is a UK University student in a mid course GAP year and is interested in either joining the apple upgrade program or a 0% interest loan for the iPhone 11.
She has the money for the phone already so the monthly payments are sorted in advance but wants to look at the options above as it will be her first credit check and in theory will help her build her credit record. We looked on experian and her score is in the excellent section with the only negative factor showing as not previously had any credit.
As a student with no employment currently can anyone advise on her chances of getting accepted for the trade in program or 0% Interest?
thanks
Josh

Unfortunately her Experian score reflects the opposite of how lenders view her. Experian like no credit history, lenders are looking for history and income.
Given her status, she's very unlikely to be accepted for anything currently.0 -
OK,
thanks. Will let her know to just buy it outright.
Thanks
