I won £2,500 through a Magic Radio competition, it closed on 29th Nov and they called from 02074341215.
I'm thrilled but they said the money would be in my account within 28 days, but probably before Christmas. There is still no sign and no one answering when I call. Does anyone have any experience similar to this, and if so do you have any advice on following up with them? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I won a spa break, £500 plus travel expenses with them earlier this year, the initial £500 went in to my account was just over 4 weeks later & the travel expenses went in 2 weeks before the break. I found they were good at responding to emails - have you tried emailing them? It may be that they are on Christmas break now.0
