Has your wife just taken out a new PCP agreement for a car? Is that her third search? If so, could that be the reason for the “fail on credit score”?0

Hi Trex, no she has taken out a personal loan for it but I do agree this would likely be the main issue.
Met with a local mortgage advisor today who said Habito haven't done us any favours really, he has dealt with another property on the same development and is confident he can find something - sceptical at the moment as everything is seeming to go wrong with this process.
Will see how we get on :-)0
