Barn Conversion Mortgage

We are looking for a mortgage for a barn conversion which is steel framed, built with blocks etc and larch wood cladding on the front and tin on the back with rendered gable ends. Does anyone have any advise as to which building societies will look at this please? Already tried Nat West and Newbury BS. Many thanks.
