    I don't know if that is true or not, but I do think that no matter what the case is, it's time for the OP to move on. Quickly. Because whoever is at "fault" here, it doesn't look like there's an outcome that the OP is going to like.

    For what it is worth, because given there OP is still angry about it some months later, so i doubt they want a neutral or objective opinion, but the manager has done absolutely nothing wrong. If a grievance is raised, the the managers job is to investigate it and determine whether there is a case to answer. That is not the same thing as deciding someone is guilty. That isn't the job. The job is to say if there is sufficient cause to consider the case in a disciplinary. Even if a manager doesn't believe the allegations, they should not allow that to influence them. They are there to solely determine whether the two sides to the case are such that it needs a proper determination. That's the job. That's all the job is.

    They should, as part of that investigation, consider any new issue that may arise, and determine whether that is not founded in any evidence at all, whether it ought to be added, or whether it is a new allegation. They should, if they find other complainants, support them to make a decision whether they wish to go formal too. That is not about taking sides. None of this is about taking sides. It is about being honest and transparent as an investigator. You appear to think their job was to believe you. It never was.

    The manager then presents all that evidence and guilt or innocence is determined. The process clearly worked (at least from your point of view) because the disciplinary considered the circumstances and found you should not be disciplined.

    You have clearly taken the quite proper role that this manager has carried out, and are blaming the manager for doing their job, you are taking it personally, and you have decided that the manager is frowning at you every time they speak to you. Given how personally you have taken this, I wonder if we asked the manager what look you have on your face, what they would say? I suspect I can guess.

    The disciplinary process did what it was supposed to do. For whatever reason, some of your colleagues had complaints about you. They were given the opportunity to air those complaints. It was found that the complaints could not be upheld, whether that was because you were innocent of the allegations, or because there was insufficient evidence. At this point in time it doesn't actually matter which of those is true. The process did what it was supposed to. You need to get over it and move on. Pursuing a vendetta against your manager will achieve only one thing - you back in a disciplinary and looking for a new job. If you can't get over it, then my advice is to move straight to job seeking and miss out the painful bit that will almost certainly add a poor reference to your woes.

    You do realise that the way you have acted here simply demonstrates my point that you are acting in a way that is too personal. You came onto a public forum, and assumed that everyone would agree with you and your personal point of view. Then have a tantrum that some people may question your view of things. This happened months ago. There was found to be no case to answer. Your manager did the job they were supposed to do. Get over it. Or don't. The person you are harming here is yourself, and going after your manager will rebound on you.

    Thanks for ignoring the fact that a load of people tried to help you and all you did was have a go at them.
