Just wanted to see if anyone else has been paid for self assessment return mine has just been sat in pending for week last year only took 5 days to issue

What exactly does your statement of account show?
As we are now close to 31 January 2020 has the refund been retained by HMRC to be allocated against an amount becoming due at the end of January?0 -
The amount that was in credit has now gone after I requested for a refund it now shows up in payments/credits received.
Below it says

Sounds like HMRC have actioned your request.
If you provided bank account details then worth checking your account early in the New Year0 -
Yes bank details have been provided but for the last 2 years it’s always been issued in 5 working days maybe it’s due time of the year.0
