    It is a shame the title of the post couldn’t be changed. It would be interesting to hear from more people who are affected.

    I believe you must address that question to WASPI. :whistle:

    I suspect that one point they would make is that recipients of the Adult Dependancy benefit were at least personally advised annually ( whether they read it or not) for 10 years before the change was going to be introduced.

    Another point may be that some women (born late1953/1954) didn't actually have 10 years notice of a change that put their state pension age back by up to 18 months.
    I had less than 6: years notice - hence my comment.

    FTR - I am not a WASPI supporter and never have been.

    Why not start a new thread with an appropriate title and ask for feedback from people who are affected by this withdrawal of benefits?

    Does anyone know how many people are affected?
