Mercedes-Benz A 200d AMG Line
There is one (1) prize of a Mercedes-Benz A 200d AMG Line car (the “Car”) including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and a full tank a fuel. The winner can choose one (1) exterior colour from the following metallic colours: Black, Mountain Grey, Digital White, Polar White, Iridium Silver or Mojave Silver.
The Prize provider for the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
£20,000 bespoke travel voucher code
There is one (1) prize of a unique voucher code (the “Voucher Code”) which entitles the winner to book bespoke holiday(s) comprised of the winner’s choice of a single holiday or multiple holidays up to a combined maximum value of £20,000 (the “Chosen Holiday(s)”).
The winner may choose to include in the Chosen Holiday(s) the following elements, including, but not limited to hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport(s) and hotel accommodation, transport in the destination country (such as car hire, internal flights), activities, excursions.
The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday(s) but must be the lead traveler on the Chosen Holiday(s). If more than one (1) holiday is selected, the winner may choose to travel with different companions on each holiday. However, on each given holiday, the companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary as the winner.
Subject to availability, the winner may select their destination(s) and trip duration from the travel products available across the Prize provider of the Voucher Code, First Choice and Marella Cruise. If the winner’s Chosen Holiday(s) exceed £20,000 (“Maximum Spend”), the winner must pay any costs above the Maximum Spend. If the Chosen Holiday(s) cost under the Maximum Spend, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be forfeited.
The winner may need a current and valid credit and/or debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the winner’s chosen hotel(s) for security deposit purposes.
The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked and taken up within two (2) years of receipt of the Voucher Code. There are no blackout dates however date restrictions may apply subject to the winner’s Chosen Holiday(s). The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked at least twelve (12) weeks before the departure date.
If one of the companion(s) is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the winner only.
The winner and the companion(s) are responsible for any visas, travel documents (including passports) and travel insurance, including without limitation cover for overseas medical costs, required to make the Chosen Holiday(s). The winner is responsible for checking and obtaining the health requirements and immunisations recommendations for travel.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize provider of the Voucher Code of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The prize excludes spending money and cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland, online or in the Prize provider of the Voucher Code’s retail stores.
