What creative thank you note ideas do you have?

Options
Christmas is over - everything's unwrapped and the kids (and adults) are playing with their toys.

So what next? Why, the thank you cards of course!

And as this is the OS board, we're sure that for many of you a simple text just won't cut it. So do you have any creative MoneySaving ways of saying 'cheers' to the people who thought of you this year?

Maybe chopping up the Christmas cards and refashioning them? Or a postcard? What about a phone or video call if they live far away?

Share your ideas below! :D

If your children have received gifts you can write THANK-YOU on a piece of A4 paper (or get them to do it) and take a picture. You can then get prints sent via those free apps and send them to everyone in an envelope with a second class stamp on it.

I have made thank you cards from old birthday cards. But what a nice idea to use old Christmas cards to create a collage on a card with to say thank you for the Christmas gift.

I do it the old fashioned way: cream laid writing paper, a fountain pen, my best hand-writing, indented paragraphs - the lot.
    Apparently it is a novelty!
