How to voluntarily pay NI contribution?

I have logged in to https://www.tax.service.gov.uk to see all my NI contributions and I see that it's possible to make a voluntary payment to ensure one tax year is full.
It doesn't appear to state where to pay this by card, or where to post a cheque to, to do this. Would anyone happen to know?
Thanks.

Make sure you stand to get something in return for paying. You don't always do so.0

I'll second this. Only the last couple of years are taken into account with regard to eligibility for certain benefits (e.g. new style JSA), and I'm not sure that voluntary class 3 contributions would count. And the state pension position is complicated while we're in the transitional phase from old-style (pre-2016) to New State Pension, but getting a personal State Pension forecast would help to determine if you need any more years.
