Webb Resolutions

Options
According to the Land Registry I took out a mortgage with Webb Resolutions in 2007. I now need to contact them about it, but they don't seem to have a website. Also, according to Companies House, they only incorporated in 2008. So I am a little confused. Does anyone have a snail mail address for them (rather than their registered office)?

  • According to Google searches they were a debt collection agency, it's possible they have a charge for an old debt on your house.

  • Thanks. I did take out a mortgage in 2007, so the date seems right. I emailed the Land Registry asking who the mortgage was with, and they emailed back with that information. If I do a land registry search might it show more?
  • It will show their registered or business address, company number (if applicable), amount borrowed (if it was a mortgage) or debt amount (if it's a charge for an old debt).

So may not give you any more info than you already have been provided with.

If it is the same company who have dissolved you will need to try and see if they re-emerged as another name or if administrators were called in.
