1. Participants must be resident of The United Kingdom and aged over 14
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Prize Draw. A winner will be randomly chosen. Sony reserves the right to refuse any invalid or incorrect entry.
3. One winner will be drawn for the Prize Draw.
4. The prize draw will be open from 1 October 2007 and will close on 31 December 2007. No entries will be accepted after 2230 hours GMT on 31 December 2007.
5. The prize of a Sony VGN-TZ21WN/B with an approximate value of £1800 will be awarded to 1 participant of this Prize Draw.
6. Winners will be notified by email as of 11 January 2008.
7. If no response from the winner to the notification after 14 days, Sony reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner
8. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 6 weeks after the respective prizes were won as determined by Sony
9. There is a limit of one participation per person, and e-mail address
10. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or credit alternative is available. Prizes are not exchangeable. Only one winning entry per person will be accepted
11. Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sony reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value
12. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Sony and other Sony affiliates, their family members, Sony and Sony Group dealers or distributors, dealers/distributor or other retail staff or anyone connected with this Prize Draw
13. By entering this Prize Draw, applicants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions. I agree, it does seem pointless, but I don't mind when it's only my e-mail address, a few more e-mails won't make an awful lot of difference
