Equity release on grade 2 listed building

Hi I wonder if anyone has successfully got equity release or a lifetime mortgage on a grade 2 listed building in Devon. I have a leasehold flat with 25% shared freehold with the other 3 flat owners. I have heard there can be difficulty with both it being in a grade 2 listed building and also because it is part freehold. The four owners have our own management company of which we are all directors and there is an extensive lease in place, of 999 years, with 998 remaining. Thank you
