Paid off but need help

Hi Guys,
I paid off over £20,000 of debt last year, about half of this was paid off slowly over several years and then I sold a business and used the profit to get out of debt, I offered full and finals and found my debtors were very understanding. This time last year, I was debt free with money saved up.
However, somehow, I have started sliding into debt again. I do not have loans or cards, except for a £200 limit credit rebuilder card. I have however found myself going into debt with not paying bills or similar and have even managed to get myself a CCJ.
I am going to start by looking at my money, income, outgoings etc and figuring out what is going wrong.
