Notice of debt recovery

Hey everyone
I've been paying off debt, bit by bit and I received 2 letters today, completely out of the blue.
They are from a company called dcbl - "certificated bailiffs & high court enforcement".
They are notices of debt recovery relating to "an unpaid debt". Apparently I owed £95 x 2 to Highview Parking LTD and that's been passed to DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited).
The total "amount due" is £179 x 2.
I received 2 letters, so there are 2 "fines". It looks like this relates to a claimed parking violation.
The first 'Contravention Date' is 29/05/2014 and the second is 25/04/2014. I've never heard of these guys before. I can't recall ever seeing a message from them or from Highview Parking Ltd.
Can anyone offer advice? I don't want to just ignore it but how/why should I pay nearly £400 for something I don't recall and from so long ago?
Nothing from these guys appears on my credit file.
Any help appreciated.
