Surf 4 prizes delivery time

Hi, I had an email around 10 days ago from Surf 4 Prizes stating I’ve won their Cadbury’s Celebration hamper and asking me to confirm my address for delivery which I did, however I’ve still not received anything so I’m just wondering if anyone has won anything with them before how long they take to deliver? Thanks

Most prize givers say to allow 28 working days for delivery. Never heard of Surf4 Prizes though so hopefully someone can advise£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120

The ASA/CAP guideline are "Within 30 days"
The site says thisIt depends on the prize as to how long it takes the winner to receive it. We aim to get all prizes dispatched as soon as they are claimed. Winners are informed of delivery timescales when they claim their prize.0
