Can the bedroom tax in private rental be reduced if a room is needed for disabled equipment

I am not an expert, and I may be wrong, but from anything I have read, if the room is needed e.g. for a disabled person's carer to sleep over, then yes. I got this info from English Facebook forums so I am not sure if it applies in NI. Hope you get a more definitive answer.0
