Is there any high st lender who offer this or I need to go via mortgage advisor only?

I have high equity in my current home, so planning to release equity from this to buy a new house which will count as deposit.

I shall then move to new house after letting my current house.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

    Go through your numbers with a broker.

    Assuming you have already done your research on becoming a landlord.

    There are a few high street lenders who do let2buy but I would recommend going through a broker. If the fee is your concern, there are plenty of fee-free brokers listed on the MSE webpage. Let2buy is not unusual or complicated by itself.
