Mortgage with 2 titles on the same vendor name

Hi,
I have put an offer on a single detached property which is separated as a two flats , one in ground floor and the other in the first floor. Both have individual kitchens and entrances separately.

Now I interested in this property but getting a loan on a single property but with two titles attached to the property creating troubles. Both titles are in the same person name.

Is there any way or lenders available who can lend money on the above property?

The title isn't a problem, it's the fact it physically comprises two flats which is more likely to be an issue. What are you planning to do with the property?

Then there are currently two properties. To buy both you'll require 2 mortgages.
